An energy healing session with Lianne involves intuitive healing through mindfulness-based Reiki energy therapies such as visualization and grounding, aura readings, chakra balancing, channeling, energetic and emotional releases, pendulum healing, and nervous system wellness. We attune to the natural rhythms of the body together to invite healing in the nervous system by reconnecting the mind and body. Improving the flow of energy can help lift stagnation, remove blockages, validate your experience, improve confidence, and channel insights into your healing journey as you find more embodiment and peace within yourself. 

Therapeutic touch brings comfort, contact, and presence to places of healing that can have profound effects on releasing mental/emotional stress and physical tension held in the body. Through the art of listening to both the yes and no of the energetic body, the nervous system builds trust, giving it a safe space to remember its autonomy, safety, and capacity on and off the table.  

A naturopathic educational consult involves learning about the profound healing potential of naturopathy. The sessions are both intuitive and evidence based, since each one is tailored to your needs at the time. It is an opportunity to learn about the different natural healing modalities that exist as well as where to find them with plenty of resources, referrals, and first-hand experience! 

My niche is in traditional naturopathy using earth-bound, drug-less therapies. While this is not a substitute for routine medical care, we can discuss which remedies may complement your treatment plan and liaison with your healthcare team.
